Church on the Rock taught me one thing (among many) this past Sunday.

To Be Loved is To Be Known...because To Be Known is To Be Loved.

I found this 'poem' I wrote in 2004. It's funny to find my weaknesses are still the same.

Fear
Enveloping the inability to control a situation
Gashing at its subject from the inside out.
Indistinguishable lack of courage
Resulting in a selfless panic.

A race against time
each torturing second, overlapping in to the next
becoming victimized by life itself
instead of making each moment worth waiting for

Indestructable forces protect from violations
Each breath is a blessing, never a waste.
a strong heart overpowers every other failure
and will pump life until it's course is complete.

Frail sentences offer strength of mind
But there is no need to be stronger than you are.
accurate desires carry forward a sense of hope
what is left is more than what used to be.
