Sometimes life surprises you....and a lot of the time surprises are a good thing.. I enjoy the unexpected, when it's positive.
But apparently surprises can be disappointing and upsetting as well.
Sometimes things happen and it throws my life out of whack. It hurts. Lately it feels like everything hurts.
My God is a great provider, but "He gives and takes away"... my story can't always be written by me. it's gotta be more of a biography, than an autobiography.
but when i've been blessed with a renewed friendship and then I'm told I probably won't be seeing this person every day anymore...well my heart hurts.
and I'm sitting here with tears running down my face because I know its safe that no one will notice in the dark...i wish i could yell at the top of my lungs and make someone realize that NOT EVERYTHINGS OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
despite my bitterness, despite how angry upset and broken I sound, my Father has never been more faithful...never have I felt so incredibly calmed by his loving embrace.
But He's always the first to tell me that it's okay to be sad, and everything is NOT alright...he loves me enough to let me ache for awhile, at the pain this world causes.
He will provide the same for you. I promise you this. His mercies are new every morning.
